Certain filings are required outside of your annual tax return or ongoing bookkeeping. This service covers the preparation and filing of required year-end information returns and related compliance filings, ensuring they are completed accurately and submitted on time.

This service is available as a standalone engagement or as an add-on to ongoing bookkeeping or payroll support.

  • Additional forms outside bundle: $20 per form
  • Annual setup fee: $50 (applies only if payroll is not run through QBO)
  • Correction forms: $50 per form
  • Additional fees may apply for incomplete or missing information
  • You don’t need need to decide that upfront. We review how payments were made and determine which form(s) are required as part of the intake and preparation process.

  • No. We can prepare and file W-2s and 1099s regardless of how payroll or contractor payments were processed, including payments made through QBO, Stripe, or other platforms. Additional setup may apply if payroll is not run through QBO.

  • If information is incomplete or incorrect, we’ll let you know what’s needed to proceed. Additional fees may apply for follow-up work or correction filings, which are billed separately at $50 per corrected form.
